The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each image processing operation consumes credits from your account balance.

• Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing
• Non-Refundable: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Pricing: Credit packages and pricing are subject to change with notice
• Failed Operations: Credits are not deducted if an operation fails due to technical issues on our end

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Process images containing personal information without consent
• Engage in automated scraping, bulk processing, or API abuse
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent usage limits, security features, or payment systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

Processed Images: Images processed by the Service belong to you. We do not claim ownership of the output, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit and use the content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
